Dr. Nikita Mishra

Dr. Nikita Mishra is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist with more than a decade of experience caring for women through every stage of life—from adolescence and pregnancy to menopause and beyond.
She has specialized training in minimally invasive and robotic surgery, with expertise in treating complex conditions such as endometriosis, fibroids, pelvic pain, and abnormal bleeding.
As CEO and Medical Director of Haven OBGYN, Dr. Mishra leads the clinical vision and day-to-day operations, ensuring every patient receives compassionate, evidence-based care in a welcoming environment.

Co-Founder
Dr. Vimal Mishra is a physician executive and healthcare innovator with decades of experience improving care delivery across leading academic and integrated health systems. Drawing on national leadership experience, he has strengthened quality, collaboration, and operational and financial performance across quaternary and tertiary medical centers.
Board-certified in Internal Medicine and Clinical Informatics, Dr. Mishra has designed and implemented digital health platforms, AI-enabled care models, and care-at-home programs that enhance safety, access, and outcomes. His innovations and care-delivery frameworks are now used by health systems nationwide.
At Haven OBGYN, Dr. Mishra leads clinical and digital strategy—integrating ZIA, the practice's intelligent women's health assistant—to create more connected, personalized, and evidence-based care experiences.
A Professor of Medicine, Dr. Mishra has contributed to more than 100 presentations and publications in leading journals, including NEJM Catalyst, Harvard Business Review, Nature npj Digital Medicine, Journal of Hospital Medicine, and AMA publications. His work, supported by the NIH, AHRQ, and CDC, and informed by multiple invention disclosures, has influenced national healthcare policy and continues to inform how care is designed, delivered, and taught for the future.
