Advanced Gynecologic Surgery & In-Office Care
Procedures & Surgery
Surgical excellence. Unmatched compassion.
At Haven OBGYN, we offer a comprehensive range of in-office and minimally invasive gynecologic surgical procedures — designed to diagnose, treat, and meaningfully improve women's health concerns.
Led by Nikita Mishra, MD, a board-certified OB-GYN and minimally invasive gynecologic surgeon (MIGS), our approach emphasizes the least invasive option first, precision diagnosis using advanced 2D/3D ultrasound, and personalized treatment plans built around your symptoms, goals, and health history.
Minimally Invasive & Gynecologic Surgery
Core SpecialtyDr. Mishra specializes in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery (MIGS) — using advanced laparoscopic and robotic techniques that result in smaller incisions, less pain, faster recovery, minimal scarring, and shorter hospital stays (often same-day discharge). Surgical options are always considered thoughtfully, and generally after appropriate non-surgical treatments have been explored.
Hysterectomy (Minimally Invasive)
Laparoscopic or robotic hysterectomy for heavy bleeding, fibroids, adenomyosis, chronic pelvic pain, and certain precancerous changes
Myomectomy (Fibroid Removal)

Endometriosis Excision & Treatment
Laparoscopic excision to help improve chronic pelvic pain, fertility concerns, and dysmenorrhea related to endometriosis
Ovarian Cystectomy
Removal of ovarian cysts with an effort to preserve ovarian tissue and function when possible

Removal of the ovary and fallopian tube on one or both sides when medically appropriate
Adhesiolysis
Surgical removal of pelvic scar tissue and adhesions contributing to pain, bowel symptoms, or fertility concerns
In-Office Gynecologic Procedures
