Ultrasound & Imaging
2D, 3D & 4D Advanced Imaging
Ultrasound is one of the most important tools in women's health — offering safe, real-time imaging to support gynecologic evaluation, fertility assessment, and pregnancy care.
At Haven OBGYN, we offer advanced 2D, 3D, and 4D ultrasound on-site. This allows for timely evaluation, coordinated treatment planning, fewer external referrals, and smoother follow-up — all within a familiar setting.
Why Haven's Ultrasound Is Different
Whether you're experiencing pelvic pain, heavy bleeding, fertility challenges, midlife symptoms, or early pregnancy concerns, our in-office imaging provides helpful information without delays or additional appointments.
On-Site for Timely Evaluation
Pelvic pain, bleeding, or early-pregnancy symptoms often benefit from prompt assessment. On-site imaging helps reduce waiting times and provides faster next steps.
3D Imaging for Enhanced Detail
3D ultrasound offers additional clarity for evaluating fibroids, adenomyosis features, congenital uterine differences, endometrial polyps, ovarian cysts, and fertility-related concerns.
4D Ultrasound for Real-Time Fetal Imaging
4D imaging shows live fetal movement in real time. While it can support certain evaluations, it is also a meaningful way for families to connect with their baby during pregnancy.
Supports Surgical Planning
Advanced imaging plays an important role in evaluating fibroid characteristics, uterine anatomy, ovarian cysts, and features that may suggest endometriosis — information that can guide minimally invasive surgical options when appropriate.
Our Ultrasound Services
2D Pelvic Ultrasound
The foundation of gynecologic imaging.
Used for: Pelvic pain, heavy or irregular bleeding, suspected fibroids, ovarian cysts, PCOS evaluation, early pregnancy assessment, IUD evaluation, postmenopausal bleeding, adenomyosis features, and pelvic mass assessment.
Includes transvaginal and/or transabdominal imaging depending on your needs.
3D Pelvic Ultrasound
Enhanced detail for advanced gynecologic evaluation.
3D ultrasound provides additional depth and clarity for: Fibroids, polyps, endometrial abnormalities, uterine cavity shape, congenital anomalies, scar tissue, adenomyosis features, fertility evaluation, surgical planning, and postoperative follow-up.
Helpful for patients with: Pelvic pain, heavy bleeding, fertility concerns, recurrent miscarriage, or prior uterine surgery.
4D Fetal Ultrasound
Real-time fetal movement imaging.
Provides live-motion views of fetal activity such as movement, stretching, and hand or facial expressions.
While medically useful in select situations, it is also a meaningful way for families to experience early connection with their baby.
Early Pregnancy Ultrasound
Used to assess pregnancy location, gestational age, viability, and causes of early symptoms such as bleeding or cramping. We offer timely, compassionate evaluation during this sensitive stage.
Fertility & Ovulation Monitoring
Ultrasound helps monitor follicle growth, ovulation timing, endometrial changes, response to letrozole or clomiphene, and cycle planning.
3D imaging can evaluate uterine factors that may affect fertility.
Ultrasound for Midlife & Menopause
Imaging is often recommended for postmenopausal bleeding, thickened endometrium, ovarian cysts, fibroid changes, pelvic pressure, or adenomyosis symptoms. Timely evaluation can support safety and peace of mind.
Conditions Commonly Evaluated with Ultrasound
Why Advanced Ultrasound Matters
Ultrasound provides valuable information that helps guide:
Diagnosis, treatment planning, decisions about surgery or non-surgical care, fertility evaluation, hormone therapy considerations, pregnancy monitoring, and follow-up of ovarian or uterine abnormalities.
It is a foundational part of modern gynecologic and obstetric care — and it's available on-site for your convenience.
